Individual games, payout mechanics and published returns

Stake Originals are quick games. You choose a risk level or a cash-out point. The RTP figures are long-term estimates published by the operator. They do not predict one session or the next result.

Sportsbook

Casino and sportsbook use the same account, but they have different rules. Odds, settlement and cash-out should be checked as separate parts of the product.

• Settlement rules differ by sport and market. Read the rules before placing a bet.

Crypto deposits and withdrawals

A coin being listed does not mean every network is supported. Match the coin and network in your wallet with the exact details shown in the Stake cashier.

• Examples include BTC on Bitcoin, ETH on ERC-20 or BSC, and USDT on ERC-20, BSC, Polygon, Tron or Solana.
• Stake lists Arbitrum, Optimism and Base as unsupported. A wrong-network transfer may be lost.
• Withdrawals can require email verification and a step such as 2FA, email or social-login verification. The cashier shows current minimums and fees.
• The terms allow KYC and manual review. Larger withdrawals may take longer.

Bonuses and VIP offers

Stake offers more than one type of promotion. Rakeback, weekly and monthly bonuses, reloads and community offers may all appear. Each offer can have its own rules.

• The help centre gives an example where a 100 deposit plus a 100 bonus at 30x creates 6,000 in wagering. This is only an example.
• Game weighting can differ. Some games may not count towards bonus wagering.
• An active requirement can lock the related currency. An early withdrawal request may be declined.
• The welcome offer uses an affiliate code. The code normally must be added within 24 hours of opening an account.
• A weekly boost is promoted in the VIP Telegram channel. The help page gives a Saturday 12:30pm GMT timing.
• A monthly bonus is sent by email to eligible players. Stake says that no email means no qualification for that month.
• Level-up bonuses can appear when a player reaches a new VIP level.
• Reloads are described for Platinum players and can use wagering from the previous 7 to 42 days.
• A birthday bonus can require a verified email, identity checks and an active account. The coupon is described as valid for 7 days.
• Other promotions can include drops, daily rains, trivia, a weekly raffle and a 24-hour race.

Welcome offer, rakeback and earning potential

Stake presents the welcome offer as code-based access to rakeback. It is not a reliable income stream. The reward is based on the game’s house edge, not on total wagers or net profit.

• The help centre says an eligible welcome code must be entered within 24 hours of signup. The offer can vary by account and location.
• Stake’s published example returns 3.5% of the house edge. With 1 BTC wagered on a 2% edge game, the example returns 0.0007 BTC.
• At a 1% house edge, $6,000 of eligible turnover would imply about $60 of theoretical house edge. A 3.5% rebate on that edge would be about $2.10 if the same rate and eligibility apply.
• A player can win a session, but no bonus, strategy, multiplier or VIP tier makes gambling a dependable way to earn. Set a loss limit and treat the deposited money as at risk.

VIP levels and progression

Stake’s VIP programme uses total wagering thresholds. The published guide lists more than 15 levels. It also says sports wagers count three times more towards progress than regular wagering.

• The help centre says $1 of sports wagering counts as $3 of regular wagering for VIP progress. This is a progress rule. It does not mean the sports bet is profitable.
• Rewards may include weekly boosts, rakeback, reloads, monthly bonuses and a VIP host at higher levels. The amount can depend on rank, wagering, profit and game house edge.
• Use the table as a guide only. Check the live VIP page for changes, account rules and exclusions.

Company, licence and location

Stake.com’s terms name Medium Rare N.V. in Curaçao, registration 145353, and licence OGL/2024/1451/0918. Medium Rare Limited and MRS Tech Limited may process payments.

• The company and licence details come from Stake’s own terms. We have not checked the regulator record independently.
• The current .com terms list the UK and US as prohibited locations. Other exclusions can apply and can change.
• Stake may ask for identity or location documents. It may limit withdrawals while it checks an account.

Responsible-gambling controls

Stake lists deposit limits, loss and wager limits, product exclusions, breaks and account self-exclusion.

• Deposit limits are daily. Raising or removing a limit has a 24-hour waiting period.
• Loss and wager limits can be daily, weekly or monthly. Lowering a limit applies at once.
• Full self-exclusion is indefinite. Stake says at least six months must pass before it may consider reactivation. Product exclusions can have shorter periods.
